Mobile Cell Phone Payments

Conducting payment transactions with smart phones has matured into a convenient and inexpensive method. We support transaction processing with all types of mobile phones including iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. Regardless of phone type, the requirements and options for the merchant to enable mobile cell phone payments are the same, and include:

  • Merchant account.
  • Compatible cell phone and carrier plan.
  • Mobile Point of Sale application installed onto the phone (supports keyed in transactions).
  • Online payment gateway (this may be a separate account or bundled into a payment plan).
  • Optional card swipe device to support swiped transactions for lower processing rates.
  • Optional printer for creating paper receipts at time of sale.

Below are some of the hardware and application choices available through us. Most third party mobile point of sale applications for cell phones are compatible with online payment gateways from eProcessing Network and Authorize.Net.
